The session doesn't seem to expire after the browser is closed

I'm trying to clear the expired sessions which are set to be expired after the browser is closed but they don't seem to expire.

The output:

get_expire_at_browser_close: True

All sessions: (A QuerySet contains all the sessions including the ones that are changed after the browser is closed)
