tip for an upload plugin multiple files at once

Hi everybody,
i have two questions for you.

1] is it possible to upload file with spaces within a name , e.g. "my great picture.jpg"?

2) can anybody suggest me some nice upload plugin / solution with a support for multiple files at once and compatible with django?
