hii, i want to scan the image and then arrange that image in proper format so i can extract there data how can i do this to retrieve data and arrange image

You really need to be more specific.

What's "the image"?
What does it mean to "scan it"?
What does it mean to "arrange it in proper format"?
What's the data you want to extract?.

And most importantly, how is this at all related to Django?
