  Hello,

 Django Geo API  does not have  MapWidget. And this error is expected. 

 List of supported widget is place here : https://docs.djangoproject.com/ja/1.9/ref/contrib/gis/forms-api/

One of the simplest way of the adding map to the page is using leaflet library which is nice supported.  

 I'm using next code  for adding maps to the pages GeoDjango + leaflet 

 

      {%   leaflet_map "map" callback="window.map_init"  fitextent=True  creatediv=True  %}

 + some js  code.
