Django Site/Docs/Tutorials translation

Sorry if my question is not being asked in the right place (I hope it is).

I am interested in translating Django official site/docs/tutorials into brazilian portuguese. Does anyone know who would I have to contact (to get information on how to do this) or how could I be able to contribute to Django Project in that way?
