Migration of logins from Google OpenID to Google+

Hello, I'm trying to develop migration of old style OpenID logins to g+ in Askbot app.

Implemented g+ login, but so far was unable to obtain the openid_id field.

I haven't seen an example of working code of migrating the logins anywhere.

Was anyone able to do this? Thank you!
