please i need some help getting around with upload images

i can put a background image on my site

i can style it with css and others

but when i upload images on my admin page , it does not get loaded on the page

please need some help here

I had a serious problem doing this. If your problem is similar to how mine was (static folder works but media folder doesn't) look at my Stack Overflow Question
