[Django] #25876: deprecate OGRGeometry.transform_to() method

I propose to deprecate OGRGeometry.transform_to() method because it's just
an alias for OGRGeometry.transform() method, it's docstring said "For
backwards-compatibility." from it's first appearance in the code.
