The [https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/3.0/howto/windows/ How to install
Django on Windows] guide currently recomends using virualenv /
virtualenvwrapper / virtualenvwrapper-win. As this is intended as a
beginers guide could we use `venv` which is included with Python itself?
