Hi. Is there some new method for overriding 127.0.0.1:0 with
LiveServerTestCase? I tried overriding the host and port
properties, but I seem to have not done it correctly. Is there a
recommended "method," not to pun.

Yes, you should use the `port` attribute, see
[https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/3.1/releases/1.11/#liveservertestcase-
binds-to-port-zero release notes]. Please don't use Trac as a support
channel. Closing per TicketClosingReasons/UseSupportChannels.
