I think it is high time we include the hyperlink to "easy pickings"
issues. This encourages newbies to contribute to Django project.

README contains link to the
[https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/dev/internals/contributing/
Contributing to Django] page that already mention "easy picking" tickets
with [https://code.djangoproject.com/query?status=!closed&easy=1 a link]
to Trac. I don't think that we should duplicate this in README.
