[Django] #33381: List filter in django admin (v3.2 - v4) covers/hide part of data table

From Django 3, when list_filter is used in admin, it covers part of the
data table, hiding the upper right fields.
Below there are two captures showing whats happen.
Normal behavior tested in 1.17 and 2.2:

Thanks for the report, however I cannot reproduce this issue in Django 3.2
or 4.0, see

There seems to be an issue with refreshing CSS files in your browser.
