Its a common use case to respond to requests with a 204, was wondering if
it would be nice to have a dedicated subclass for it.

Comment:

This is a duplicate, e.g. of #3362, which was closed as won't fix. You can
either pass the 204 status code to HttpResponse, or subclass it in your
own project if you prefer.
