The announcement of RC1 says Python 2.7 is required
[https://www.djangoproject.com/weblog/2013/oct/22/16c1/], whereas the
release notes says Python 2.6.5 like Django 1.5 is required
[https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/dev/releases/1.6/]. Which is it?
