Following #34381 I wonder if it's worth adding a postgres+windows workflow
to the GitHub action workflows? Maybe run it once a day/week rather than
on every PR/commit?

Comment:

I'm not sure if it's worth 🌲 there are not many PostgreSQL-Windows
specific issues.

In #34381 and its predecessor #31736 we had basically only one such test
i.e. `InspectDBTransactionalTests.test_foreign_data_wrapper`, and is no
longer relevant as it doesn't use `os.devnull` anymore. Hope that makes
sense.
