Add support for view permission to DRF

to Django REST framework

Hi everyone,

there's been a pull request up to include support for the view permission of Django in DRF for a few months now: https://github.com/encode/django-rest-framework/pull/8009

It's been done by keeping backward compatibility in mind.

I hope somebody can review it and give some feedback.
