clarification for `ManyRelatedField.to_internal_value()`

Hi,

I just have noticed that ManyRelatedField doesn't run validation on each item from data like ListField and ListSerializer do, what's the reason behind such decision?
Why ManyRelatedField is not ListField subclass?
