Hi,

I'm Uri and I speak Hebrew. I'm currently working on Speedy Net. I found a small error in the Django Hebrew translation and I submitted a ticket - https://code.djangoproject.com/ticket/30946, but I was referred to Transifex. I tried to join Django in Hebrew on Transifex but I didn't succeed. I would like to fix this small error in Hebrew and also to discuss changes to ngettext_lazy and ngettext in Django 2.2, which prevent me from upgrading Django to 2.2. There is also a problem that 4 strings are required in the .po file for Hebrew when using ngettext_lazy and ngettext in Django 2.2, but strings 3 and 4 are not generated automatically when running make_all_messages.sh in Django 2.2. And also, I would expect a default string if only 2 strings are translated in the .po file and not to leave the original string untranslated at all.
