Small feature addition

Hi,communiyt ; I am new to django open source community and I am college student .I want to learn how to contribute in django .I am working in django web development from past 6-7 months.Now ,I want to to learn the insight of the django and what i observe to be added in the feature of django .Can any one guide me what  steps i follow to contribute in django.
