Are there not any issues which can be solved by django?

In issues I'm not able to see any issues which can be solved using python and I only know about python. What should I do or is there any other way to contribute too?

To answer your question: most of the issues in Django's ticket tracker are in the Python code. I think you are probably missing some context that helps you understand them. If you aren't very experienced with Django I'd suggest building some more projects or working on the documentation so you can understand issues a bit better.
