Extended category support for feeds

Hello,

I’ve made a patch that adds ability to specify “scheme” (or “domain”, for RSS)
and “label” on <category> elements in RSS and Atom1 feeds. Could you please
look at it and maybe suggest some improvements?

Looks good. I use syndication in few projects and I like that this change does not break my code.
