Primer designing for gene encoding extracellular PHB depolymerase enzyme

hi 

i am trying to design the primers for the same and getting only three search in NCBI database with only Pseudomonas species. But i want to check the amplification of this gene for the community analysis of soil samples, Please suggest if u have some idea.
