There are different providers that offer the same methylation panels that Dr Horvath uses for his studies. About 260$ per human DNA sample. Give or take.
It's illumina 27k or 450k platform - they analyze 27k or 450k different CpG sites in the genome.
In his first patent, there is a list of 354 CpG sites that appear to be a central cause of ageing. From page 118 in this link you can see all the sites listed including their DNA sequence.
(Unfortunately it's all a picture and I need to use ORC software and manually check each letter to get a list)
If anyone is interested, there is really cool new data that convinced me that CpG methylation is the main driver of ageing.
I'm not the biggest fan of Sinclair, but the studies he's involved in (easy if you are in Harvard^^) are pretty good
