commercial kit 1 reaction => 30-45 min @5 €
1 pipette tip => 5 mins @ few cents

Must "download" them, because in the online view, the pictures look very unfocused / dizzy / fuzzy.
Remains the question if there are DNAses in... One could centrifuge sterile deionized water first to clean the filter.
Or, quickly do your reactions so the DNAses have no time to work.
