share - YFP of Vibrio Fischeri

Hi,

In my plasmid that's currently under construction, pGlowroplast, I would like to include also YFP (LuxY).

Does anyone have a template to share, by chance? Would take living bacteria, bacterial DNA, plasmids, dead bacteria, etc. :D


Btw, it will also express in E.Coli. Planning to share the final construct for just the shipment costs. If anyone wants glowing E.Coli or a chloroplast lux expression cassete - or both at the same time ;)
