Quality Manual by other hackerspaces?

Hi gang,
Trying to see if there is a quality manual out there that has either been created for hackerspaces or adopted to hackerspaces. We are currently in the midst of compiling one here for Aus BioHackerspace but would love to hear about other peoples experience with this endeavour if any. Would be a lot of help!
