Hi,
I am an undergrad in Florida.  I really like working independently, so I'm trying not to find a professor to work with.  (Just trying to use the power of the internet. :) )  I have already managed to learn about transformation protocols, and I transformed e. coli to glow.  What would be another project I could do?  Budget isn't a huge problem, but I would like to start small.
Thanks,
Alan

Depends on what you want to do. What equipment do you have?

I don't have anything on-site.  I've been thinking of building a bioreactor.  The experiments I've done have been through Transcriptic.  Is a bioreactor too hard?
Thanks,
Alan
