Hello.

========================================== translates by
translate.google.com ====

I was not the first time I've heard about problems with kickstarter.com.

And, importantly, in other cases it was not related to genetics,
or something a little potentially dangerous! ..

So, for example, was denied placement Russian project of manufacturing
chips at home
(The project is hosted by the American mediator and all legal
U.S. citizenship requirements have been met)
http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/barsmonster/595624345?token=6d71abcc

What do you think about this?

Maybe it makes sense to organize a fundraiser (donate) for the
creation and promotion
a new platform that will replace kickstarter? .. With the use of
Russian programmers
I think I can get away with not a big budget ...

Vladimir

Hello.

http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/barsmonster/595624345?token=6d71abcc

Что вы думаете об этом?

Может быть имеет смысл организовать сбор средств (donate) на создание
и раскрутку
новой платформы, заменяющей kickstarter?.. С использованием русских
программистов
я думаю можно уложиться в не большой бюджет...

That's quite a project goal. I like it.

I'd like to see some organic semiconductor open manufacturing, but that is
more current, so there will be more patent holders suing you...if you dare.
attempt it.

We were following the news of Kickstarter's decision, and I just wanted to pop in and say hello.

Microryza is a crowdfunding platform that's funded a number of DIYBio projects (and is also currently fundraising for one by Genspace!), and at this time we have a considerably more open policy to citizen science projects!

Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions or are interested in launching a campaign.

I don't think this link works anymore:

And your "funded" button doesn't produce an anchored link.. I've tried:

In total 39 projects funded?

That's good! I was thinking when this came up on diybio, "Microryza's not dead.... Hmmm...
I've had a positive email correspondence with one of its creators and it's not dead at all..."

Glad we could help nudge by observing and reading all about microryza.com.

PS I just talked with a professor with a big NSF grant to spend about
doing some development work where some of the deliverables could be kickstarter
premiums, and some of the purchasables needed to make a complete system, such as

$150 geophones, could be a mycroryza.com campaign...and the rest could be his grant money.

Could work out well.

Oof, that link has been broken for quite some time. I'll fix it now.
