anyone want used Ion Proton chips?

Hi,
We have a lot of used chips from our Life Tech Ion Proton/PGM
sequencers. They're semiconductor chips. We have quiet a few (maybe 50
or more), and we're going to recycle them anyway. If anyone wants to
hack, take apart, make art, whatever...let me know. We can work
something out.

Sounds like a cool deal but I don't need any at the moment.  Just curious if you guys are planning to roll over to their next-gen stuff at the end of the year or if you found another sequencer that works better?  What kind of sequencing were they used for?

So I have a few people that want some samples. I got over a hundred,
so if anyone still wants some let me know. Otherwise, looks like I'll
be sending the rest of it to Patrik @ Counter Culture labs.
