How to obtain cheap chemicals in the UK? Specifically Polyvinylpyrrolidone?

Hi can anyone tell me how to obtain cheap chemicals in the UK? Specifically in this case Polyvinylpyrrolidone in dry powdered form? I have had a look at a few sites and although initially they don't seem that expensive, they often either don't ship to the UK, won't sell to individuals, or once you get through the checkout, the shipping rates for small quantities is extortionate, often many times the value of the product itself.

If anyone is curious why I would like this, although I can't give specific details ATM, it has a great many uses, but is particularly effective as a disperal agent for many other chemicals.

In of itself however it is an entirely inert product.

ebay.co.uk has at least one listing, have you seen that, is it too
pricey (I can't tell)

I have bought stuff from nbsbio.co.uk before and they're very friendly
and helpful, happy to ship to individuals. However, don't use their
web-ordering system to pay, place an order by email, because if you're
not VAT registered their shopping cart will either undercharge you or
fail to process the order!
