Hello,

Just wondering if there is anyone has or currently using CRISPR-cas9 to edit food and would be able to tell me a bit about how it works? I'm currently doing a bit of research into this so would be great to hear from those doing it themselves. E.g. how easy is it? Why do you do it? Do people even do it?! (I know it's being done by Big-Bio, just wondering if it is in the DIY-bio world too)

Cheers!

There're a few kits here that would work on various food items:

Im working with CRISPR in plants if that is what you are asking. I would be interested in chatting with you directly and answer any questions you have.
