Political Restriction map

Hi everyone. I wonndered if anyone has ever created a map/list which shows how much diybio is allowed in any country? 

E.g.

Europe - generally a lot restricted, public fears; S0 free, S1 restricted (only in certified labs), S2* restricted (only in certified labs) 

 - Germany: much restricted, S0 free, S1 restricted (only in certified labs), S2* restricted (only in certified labs) 

 - Austria: much restricted, S0 free, S1 restricted (only in certified labs), S2* restricted (only in certified labs) 

 - England: rathzer a bit less restricted, S0 free, S1 restricted (only in certified labs), S2* restricted (only in certified labs) 

 - Italy: 

USA: low restriction, though some public fear; S0 free, S1 free. S2* restricted (?) 

- California has stricter laws (? I only know from Glofish)

- .... 

Asia:

You can do what you want except of cloning humans (?) IIRC

*usuually S2 will dnot be part of DIY bio, except if you want to cultivate unknown bacteria from your skin
