Does anyone know of any decent software for modelling/ constructing fusion proteins, starting with the DNA sequences? The LINKER program seems to be defunct,and doing it "by hand " is tedious.

I believe 2014 Heidelberg iGem project did something along those lines.
But overall, not enough is known about fusion proteins to effectively make a good linker in all circumstances. Manual is probably best.
