Some context, please; do you mean microwave-induced auditory
hallucination as demonstrated in special rigs, or do you mean the
modestly common belief that someone has the ability to project voices
over arbitrary distances using the same technique?
And are you asking about EEG to detect such a phenomenon, or to assist
in developing a DIY version? Bone conduction to detect microwave-induced
fluid oscillations, or to induce auditory hallucination directly through
the skull (which would be a great wearable tech if you could..)?
