Hi everyone,

this goes to everyone living in or around Erlangen in Germany. If you know someone from there please share this news with them:

We (Health Hackers e.V. and the local FabLab) would like to kick-off a local DIYbio community here in Erlangen. We start as most communities small with a first gathering and a little bi-weekly tinkering / workshop session. Also, it should start with building DIY lab equipment - thanks to all the amazing people out there who share their work openly.

We welcome everyone who is interested to join us - no matter what current position, status or what so ever. The only thing which actually matters to us is that you bring open-mind, curiosity and passion for biological systems.

More information for this event you will find soon on https://fablab.fau.de/diybio/ or https://www.meetup.com/de-DE/HealthhackersER/events/244289472

Basic information for our kick-off event - then bi-weekly:

Date: 25th of October

Time: 7 pm

Location: at the local FabLab (Erwin-Rommel-Straße 60 - Room U1.239 - Technological Campus)

Cheers

Christian & Patrick
