Hi all,

We are thinking about going off pGreenII switching to pCambia because it is open source.

Does anyone have any experience with this?

And, which strain can one use? Is the strain that we use with pGreen compatible? Does it need pSoup providing some transfer proteins/whatever?

Where can we get a strain of compatible agrobacterium?
