What Cameras would work for a Raman Spectrometer system using 785 nm laser

Hi,

 I am interested to build a 785 nm Raman Spectrometer based on fl@c@'s design on hackaday.io. What are the camera options I have that would be good for the project?

The Toshiba and Sony CCDs are pretty common, if you didn't want to use
a camera. Most likely any dSLR cameras will work nicely, as long as
they don't have a NIR filter (which many probably do).
