Here we have 13 imaginative defs of the word FASKIDAR, only one of which comes from my dictionary.  Please vote for your two favourites by public reply to this message before the deadline, which is:

lots of Indian and Turkish - eliminating those doesn't leave much... so I'll go Northern = #5 and #7 for me please

Hmmm...I think I'll avoid "people" (which still leaves too many!) with:

Much as it’s appealing, I don’t buy the arctic sea-turtle (are there such creatures?) or the whistlers. I’ll try 4 and 10.
