Hi all,

Sorry for the delay posting a word.  I could see it coming but waited for official notification from Ryan, which i missed.  Hope the rest of this deal goes better!

The word, as you can see, is MULEY, no capitalization implied.  Send your DQs, if any, to me at any of my addresses but nancygoat is preferred.  Note, it is not a simple reference to stubborn animals as you might be thinking.

Send your clever fake definitions to nancygoat (the address on this message) as well.

Deadline for definitions is 10 p.m. EDT on Friday July 10.  I believe that is 3 a.m. Saturday July 11 GMT.  Sorry about that, Europeans and Brits.

Fingers crossed that this goes well and the Great Spirit doesn't send too many DQs.  Or you guys, either.

Nancy

I'm posting this at Nancy's request because she doesn't think she'll be able to get back to the group for a while.

A minor correction to the times: Since the US is on Daylight Saving Time and the UK is on British Summer Time, 10 pm EDT is 2 am GMT, not 3 am. It is, however, 3 am on UK clocks - should any of our players there be awake at that hour to look at one.

Oh, darn. That somehow went to both Nancy and the group. Oh, well. It was probably a lousy definition anyhow. LOL!

Add some rubble and you'll be good to go.

I am laughing at this thread much more than I probably should.

Or maybe I should.

How can you be serious about a word like muley?
