No need to apologize. It harms your possible score, and so it carries its own penalty, because in doing it you forgo one chance at guessing correctly. So players generally only do it for tactical reasons, myself among them. -- Paul Keating Soustons, Nouvelle Aquitaine, France On 2026-04-19 20:08:16, Eric Boxer <ecb...@gmail.com> wrote: Oops, I apologize for voting for myself, I think I mistyped my vote :| [4db07f00-edfa-47ea-84a2-ddec4bb9089b] |

Folks, The word for Round 3941 is POOLISH. Please send fake defs to emal...@verizon.net <mailto:emallach@verizon.net> and NOT to any other address you may have for me, as I may not see them if you do. If you know the word, please let us know that too. The times for this round may be a bit odd because they have to fit into my travel schedule, including a full day when I'll be en route from Poland to the U.S. The definition phase will end at 7 am Central European Summer Time on Monday, April 20. That's 1 am that day in U.S. EDT, and other times in other places. Sorry for not providing help with other conversions, but it's past my bedtime here and I still have to pack for tomorrow morning. I may not have a chance to send out a progress report midway through, since I'll be en route from Krakow to Warsaw at the time I'd normally do that, so don't count on seeing one. Just get your definitions in. Efrem |
