[Dixonary] Round 3198 new word: BOOPS BOOPS

Haven't done this since May - hope I remember how!

The new word, barring too many DQs, is:

where capitalization has no significance.

Please send your fake definition of BOOPS BOOPS to emallach at verizon dot net by 9 am US EDT on Fri., Sept.24, 40+ hours from now. Don't Reply to this message without changing your reply's To field, or you'll send your fake to all of us.

If  you know what BOOPS BOOPS means, please let me know ASAP the same way. If enough people know it, I'll deal another word. (I have a good one lined up, but it will keep.)

According to timeanddate.com, the deadline is:

- 8 am Friday in Chicago

- 6 am Friday in California

- 1 am Saturday in Wellington

- 3 pm Friday in Paris and Cape Town

- 2 pm Friday in London

and other times in other places. You might want to confirm any conversion that affects you.

I expect votes to be due about 48 hours after the definition deadline.
