#9 and #12, going only on the shape of the word. Though I was tempted by #3. the Peruvian grape brandy, as I am easily tempted by good brandy. Though not so tempted as not to remark that if it isn’t made from grapes, then is it brandy?

Following Paul for one of my votes: psychoactive drugs are fun.

And adding on the brandy that Paul didn't have a third vote for.

3 and 9 please.

I haven't got a clue on this one!  I'll avoid the South and Central American ones and try the even more unlikely 8 and 12.

8. [Swahili] Bubbly, vivacious.

12. [Inuit] The Arctic fox.

Hi Eric,

Let's try my luck with:

3. A strong grape brandy of Peru.

9. A tropical American morning glory, Turbina corymbosa (family Convolvulaceae); a psychoactive drug prepared from the seeds of this plant, used traditionally for ritual purposes by the Aztecs.

Cheers,
Hugo
