Good morning

I'm closing a little early as everyone who submitted a def has now voted.

Poddy-dodger is an Australian term meaning a person who steals unbranded cattle. Two perceptive players voted for it - Judy M & (at the last minute) Efrem M, making Efrem the overall winner with 5 points. Joint runners up are Judy & Johnny B (who was also DQ) with 3 points apiece.
