The deadline will be either when everyone votes, or in about 36 hours from this posting at 6am PDT on Saturday, August 8, which is 9am EDT. That's 1300 UTC, 2pm BST in the UK, 3pm CEST in the Netherlands, 11pm AEST in Melbourne, and Sunday at 1 am NZST in Wellington.
