Apologies everyone, I somehow managed to mangle the first three definitions on my score sheet.  This means I announced the wrong winner.

Hi Ann,

It's not Paul. Natural points (4 + 0) always beat a score that includes the 2 points for gussing the correct defintion (2 + 2). So that leaves Tim B and Dan.
The next tie breaker rules are the 4-round and 5-round rolling scores. I forget the details of those but in this case Dan is miles ahead of Tim, so that makes Dan the winner and next dealer, and Tim the "real winner".

However, Johnny has already dealt a new word. I think Johnny and Dan should determine whether to go ahead with Johnny's word, or hand the deal over to Dan.

Based on longstanding precedent documented in the "Real Rules" we'll stick with Johnny's woid.

If he wants to punt one of his future deals over to me as payback I'm fine with that.  Although I think I recall being a backup not too many rounds ago so maybe the karma should go elsewhere. :-)
