New Rear Commodore

Members;

Some of you know that Michael White left the club recently and vacated his position as the Rear Commodore.  We hate to see him and his family leave us, but they were adamant about pursuing other activities as a family.  We wish them luck and hope that they will return from time to time to see us.

In the interim, Keith Bennett will be stepping in as Rear Commodore.  He has held this position several times before and will certainly do a fine job.  We are lucky to have Keith and his many years of experience.  He is a two-time National Champion in the Catalina 22 world, and can teach us a lot.  

He and Mickey Richardson are currently in Michigan, sailing in the "Showdown in Motown" Regatta.  Wish them luck!

Actually it’s the “Throwdown in …”  and of course it will also be a showdown too,  with 10 c22’s racing. There will be a web site posting the results after each days racing so we can follow their results!
