We would like to help, but we would like more information about the error.  Can you describe what you were trying to accomplish when the error occurred?

Would it be possible for you to copy the contents of the "log" window and paste that content into your next message.  That may provide some clue to the problem you are having.

sorry, without any log or results to return. I finally resolved it by reinstall without anty space" " in install directory
