Hi, I have captured rtc events from PeerConnectionClient on android. But the file is not readable

I wonder what is it for? How to read it? It is not readable in wireshark as well.
I have attached the dump file.
rtc.rtcdump.pcap

it's a protobuf file. See https://github.com/fippo/dump-webrtc-event-log for one way to convert it to a json dump.

The file I have attached is from android. How can I use the tool, you mentioned, to convert the dump into pcap?
