Having both RTP/SAVPF and UDP/TLS/RTP/SAVPF in the same SDP

Chrome 50 will only accept the video part of the SDP, and reject the audio with port 0. I just wanted to know if that was normal behavior?

Sounds like you're running into this bug: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/webrtc/issues/detail?id=5638

It will be fixed in Chrome 51. For now, you can just modify the SDP, replacing "SAVP" with "SAVPF".
