M84 ninja compilation fails as follows:

ninja: error: '../../resources/audio_processing/test/py_quality_assessment/noise_tracks/city.wav', needed by 'py_quality_assessment/noise_tracks/city.wav', missing and no known rule to make it

followed the link : https://webrtc.googlesource.com/src/+/refs/heads/master/docs/native-code/development/index.md#working-with-release-branches to build M84(4147) Branch head.

Am I missing out something here or is it broken?

Works fine for us on 3 platforms. You didn't say what you are building on but it sure looks like maybe you didn't get everything after you gclient sync. Maybe you ran out of disk space?

Were you able to resolve this? Facing the same issue on Mac as well as windows machine.

these files are downloaded during `gclient sync` so try running that again and watch for errors.
